These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Switzerland under exclusion of its conflicts of laws provisions and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zug, Switzerland. In case of imminent or actual infringement of its rights, Veridian Attributions AG reserves the right to call upon any other competent court for injunctive relief.
